We purchased Widbrook House and farm in May 2008. The old farmhouse was derelict and in need of serious love and care. With trowel in hand, this was bestowed on the building and it is now our family home.
A range of old stone barns are planned to provide high quality self-contained Bed and breakfast accommodation. Serving visitors with a unique Dick and Jane level of hospitality, with particular appeal to walkers, cyclists and canoeists who use the Kennet and Avon Canal and Route 4 of the National Cycle Network, as well as those wishing to stay in Bradford on Avon which is well placed for exploring Wiltshire, Bath and the surrounding areas.
Work is underway on the Kitchen Garden, Orchards and fruit garden. These, along with our organic and free-range hens and ducks, will provide home grown produce for the kitchen and a " Breakfast worth getting up for".
